Butterscotch Marijuana Brownies

1/2 cup cannabutter (marijuana butter) melted on low temp.  Do not let it get HOT - High heat destroys the active marijuana molecules such as THC!

Stir in 2 cups packed light brown sugar

Beat in 2 eggs and 2 teaspoon vanilla


Add 1 cup flour

Add 2 teaspoons double-acting baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt

Add 1 pkg. butterscotch chips


Pour batter into generously greased 10 inch shiny pan.(dark pans absorb heat and cook unevenly)

Bake at 250 degrees farenheit for approx. 40 mins.  (note the lower cooking temperature - it helps to use a pan that allows for a thinner layer of brownies to ensure they are cooked in the center).


variations:  this recipe can be halved.  If you have less cannabutter use less, and add regular butter to make up the difference.  Add coconut or nuts or both!  Substitute some of the butterscotch chips with chocolate chips.
